By using our website, booking a reservation and/or otherwise utilizing "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals" services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Terms and Conditions.

The "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals" website (www.bizzebeezlv.com) is updated frequently. However, client understands that occasionally prices, inventory and availability may change, and it may not be represented on our website accurately. It is always best for the client to contact a reservation specialist or our reservation line (702-460-9841) to get the most up-to-date information on pricing and availability of equipment/asset(s) or services listed on our website.
Reservation:
We accept reservations up to the day before your event. We will do everything possible to fulfill your reservation. However, we only guarantee service for reservations made 72 hours or more before the event date/time. Earlier booking of client's reservation will provide better selection of available equipment/asset(s) and pro-service availability. Reservations should be made through our reservation line (702-460-9841) or with one of our reservation specialists online through their personal social media accounts. Reservations made within 72 hrs. of the clients event are subject to being placed last on the delivery route.
Inventory:
Inventory, equipment and asset(s) are rented out on a "First Come, First Serve" basis. Requested equipment will not be assigned to a reservation until the booking and deposit requirements are met and/or received. Afterwhich the client will receive a "Confirmation Message" confirming the equipment has been assigned to their reservation.
Professional Services:
Professional services are rendered by both representatives of "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals" and screened (in-house) 3rd party individual(s) and/or companies. Pricing, available services and availability are subject to change without notice. Clients should always contact a reservation specialist or our reservation line (702-460-9841) to get the most up-to-date availability and pricing.
Quotes/Bids:
Pricing on quotes/bids provided to client by a reservation specialist or our reservation line (702-460-9841) will be locked in and honored for up to and no longer than 14 days.
Reservation/Booking Requirements:
To complete a reservation, the client must provide the following booking information.
- Date of event
- Requested equipment/services
- Responsible Parties name
- Contact Number (can add up to 1 extra number)
- Event Address
Confirmation Message:
After booking a reservation, the client will receive a "Confirmation Message" by text to the contact number that was provided with the booking details. It is the client's responsibility to check the details in the "Confirmation Message" for accuracy. If a discrepancy is found in the details of the "Confirmation Message" or the "Reservation Change" message, the client should inform their reservation specialist or contact the reservation line (702-460-9841) immediately by text or phone to correct the information. E-mail opt-in for receiving your "Confirmation Message" and "Reservation Change" is available for clients upon request. If Client does not receive a "Confirmation Message" the client should inform their reservation specialist or contact our reservation hotline immediately to confirm their booking.
Reservation Changes:
When a change is made to a reservation, the client will receive a "Reservation Change" text message to the contact number that was provided with the booking details. Again, the client is responsible to check the message for accuracy and contact us if there is a discrepancy.
Reservation Extension:
Reservation extensions are permitted at the discretion of a managing member of "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals" and/or management of the 3rd party company. A reservation extension will only be allowed if there is no reservation already booked for the requested equipment/asset and/
or service(s) in the extension period and if the client has a $0 balance on their account.
Deposit:
For reservations in residential locations no deposit will be required unless any conditions below are met.
If a reservation meets more than one of the conditions below, the deposit total will be determined by whichever condition requires the highest deposit dollar amount total.
Reservations in a public area (such as a park, school, gym, etc.) will require a deposit of 25% for reservations over $50 (Before delivery fees) will be required upon booking. Reservations under $50 (Before delivery fees) in a public area (such as a park, school, gym, etc.) will be required to pay the total of the reservation to complete their booking.
Reservations made under 72hrs. in advance will be required to pay 50% of the reservation total or the total balance if under $50.
Reservations utilizing more than 2 jumpers and/or 6 tables and/or 50 chairs will require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total
Reservations utilizing our "Professional Services" require a 50% deposit of the total. If additional services are added later, another deposit for the additional Professional Services" would be required for the addition.
Delivery:
Delivery of the reservation will be made on the date and to the address specified on the "Confirmation Message". The delivery team begins deliveries at 8am and continue unit all reservations are delivered. Delivery time averages about 30mins depending on what equipment is being set-up. Your specific delivery time will vary depending on where your event location falls on the delivery route. The delivery route is determined 48hrs in advance by our route manager.
The delivery team will attempt to contact the responsible party listed on the reservation details after arriving to the event location by using the following methods
- Knocking
- Doorbell
- Text
- Calling phone number(s) listed on the reservation.
If the responsible party or a person assigned in the responsible parties' absence is unable to be reached after the above contact methods have been exhausted, the delivery team will leave a notice at or near the entrance of the event location listed on the reservation and move on to the next reservation on their route. If delivery is not made but contact from the responsible party or their designee is made after the delivery team has left the delivery location, it will be at the discretion of the delivery team or a managing member of "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals" to determine if the reservation can be fulfilled. If it is determined that the reservation can be fulfilled after the first failed delivery attempt the delivery will likely be placed last on the route. If a second delivery attempt is made and unsuccessful the reservation will be voided due to inaccessibility.
Proof of identity:
For both the clients' and our protection, when a reservation is in a public area (i.e. Parks, Schools, gym etc.), the responsible party or the responsible parties designee must be properly identified before the delivery team can begin set-up. This is most commonly accomplished by presenting a copy of the parties state issued ID to our delivery team.
Delivery Fee:
As with any business, overhead and fuel have increased exponentially with recent inflation. As a result, we have found it necessary to adopt a delivery fee on reservations. In an effort ease the affects on both us and our valued customers, we have implemented tiered delivery thresholds. Please review the following scale to determine what your delivery fee would be.

Payment:
In an effort to provide the greatest convenience to our customers we offer many ways of making payments. Deposits should be paid on our website here. The balance of the reservation (Total (Including Delivery Fees) - Deposit = Balance) must be paid upon delivery. Payments of the balance can be paid by the following methods.
- Cash (Given to delivery team)
- Check (Make Payable to "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals)
- Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) (In-Person, Delivery team will have a card reader with them)

Multi-Media Consent:
By using services provided by "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals" client agrees to and grants permission to "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals" and their authorized 3rd party companies to take photos, video or any other media record for purposes and reasons which the companies deem best suited. Client grants unrestricted usage and herby releases indefinitely any and all rights to any media attained by the companies before, during and after the rental period. It shall be the client's responsibility to inform their guests and attendee that such grant has been awarded to the companies.
Pick-up:
If the pick-up time is not specified when the booking is made, the pick-up time must be determined at delivery. Our pick-up team will pick up reservations until 11pm. Client may text their reservation specialist or our reservation line (702-460-9841) for an earlier pick up if the event should end before the specified time. Access to all areas where equipment rented through "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals" is located shall be granted to the pick-up team upon arrival. If access is not granted after several attempts from the pick-up team, the team will leave, and another day of rental will be charged to the client. Client herby authorizes "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals" to use any and all means available to contact client, responsible party and/or responsible parties designee for the purpose of reacquiring rented equipment or assets. Every additional day after the rental period has ended that the rented equipment/assets are at the event location of the reservation another rental day charge will be added for each item unrecovered at the individual item price (Discounts, Specials and package rates no longer apply) to the total balance on the clients account.
Asset Protection:
It is the responsibility of the client/responsible party to monitor and provide adequate protection for rented equipment/asset(s) while in their possession. While keeping the client and our best interest in mind and to aid in helping us to keep our affordable prices, occasionally the delivery team may opt to secure some or all of the rented equipment/asset(s) by means of cable lock, chain or cable to a permanent structure or unmovable object (Such as a tree). This will be especially apparent in public areas.
Asset Recovery:
In the event that rented equipment/asset(s) are unacquired after a rental period has ended, client gives "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals" and their parent company the right to pursue legal course of action to the full extent of the law in order to reacquire the equipment/asset(s) or receive financial compensation at the full retail price (At the time of rental) of the unacquired equipment/asset(s).

Reservation Specialist:
Reservation specialist are independent persons (1099) who have been screened, agreed to the terms of "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals", found to be of good character and deemed safe to represent "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals" through interaction with the public and local community on behalf of "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals". Reservation specialists receive commission on a "By the Booking" basis. Reservation Specialists are not employees of "Bizz-e-Beez Party Rentals".
